Returns Policy

14-Day Return Period

We have a 14-day returns policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 14 days to notify us that you wish to cancel your order and request a return. After this notification, you have another 14 days to actually return the product to us.

Legal Rights for the European Union (EU)

In accordance with European law, as a consumer within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. If you cancel the entire order, we will refund the full order amount, including the standard shipping costs for the outward journey.

In the event of a dispute, you can contact the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform of the European Commission: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it:

  • Unused and unworn.

  • With all original tags still attached.

  • In the original packaging (where reasonably possible).

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return?

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and necessary instructions.

Please note: The direct cost of returning the goods is the customer's responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items returned to us without a prior return request.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue right away.

Exceptions

Certain types of items may not be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Personal care items (such as sealed beauty products whose seal has been broken after delivery).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at remindfulmoments@gmail.com.
