At Remindful Moments, we do our very best to deliver your order as quickly as possible, regardless of where you live in the European Union. We strive to ship orders within 48 hours. During busy periods (such as the holidays), this may take slightly longer, but we do our utmost to get your package on its way quickly!
Shipping Options
To ensure reliable and smooth delivery, we work with several recognized couriers such as Bpost, PostNL, and DPD. At checkout, you pay a standard shipping rate; we then select the most suitable courier based on your location and the size of your order.
Depending on what you order, you will see the following at checkout:

Shipping with Tracking: You will automatically receive a code to follow your package from door to door. This is the standard for most orders.

Free Shipping with Tracking: You will automatically receive a code to follow your package from door to door. This option will be visible at checkout once your order reaches the qualifying amount (depending on the destination country).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Delivery times depend on the destination and the chosen shipping method:
Please note: Delivery times are indicative. Shipments may occasionally take longer due to delays at sorting centers, local holidays, or peak periods for carriers. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
Delivery
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will, if possible, deliver the package to a neighbor or take it to a nearby collection point. You will be notified via the tracking link or a note in your mailbox.
Customs and Import Duties
Since we ship within the European Union, customers within the EU do not have to pay extra customs fees or import duties.
Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages
Please check your address details carefully at checkout. The costs for reshipping a package due to an incorrectly provided address (such as a missing apartment/bus number) are the responsibility of the customer. This also applies if a package is not collected from a pick-up point in time and is subsequently returned to us. In such cases, the additional shipping costs for resending the package will be charged to the customer.
